I’ve been upping my smoothie making! I’ve downloaded the NutriBullet app which is great for recipes but I actually ended up using it as inspiration and just started chucking in whatever I fancied!
My favourite at the moment has to be…
- Natural Greek yogurt
- Fresh ginger
- Frozen banana
- A large orange
- Topped up with coconut milk
I has no idea that it would be so yummy! I must admit that I didn’t initially find my first smoothies all that appealing and left the blender alone for a while! Luckily with the latest discovery I have learnt to get a little more adventurous!
